All spring clean up pricing is based on yards 1/2 acre or less. Yards bigger are subject to an additional charge. Hauling away of all waste is included in our price as well. All yards that sign up for a REOCCURRING service and haven't been services previously are subject to a one time cleaning fee before starting the REOCCURRING service.
